What is Crithit?!

Crithit is an Art RPG. You make characters, participate in events and prompts, and earn rewards. This page is just an About page. You can play the game HERE.

Species

Dicers

Dicersare a species similar to Crystal gems from Steven Universe. They can be humanoid or anthro. The only rule to make a Dicer is to have a Die somewhere on the body. This is the source of their powers. Each Dicer is a spirit that inhabits a die. The spirit then takes a corporal form. When low on health and or energy, the Dicer can choose to retreat back into the die to heal up and rest.

Masklets

Masklets are creatures who are said to have falken from the moon. They can be anthro or humanoid. The rules for a Masklet include a transparent membrane around the eyes, in the ears, the nose, the paw pads, and the stomach for anthro. For humanoid the membrane is around the eyes, the palms of the hands, and below the ribs but above the stomach.

Magic and rarity

There are 6 different rarity types and 20 different magic types. Every character has a rarity and a starting magic type.

Only Masklets can have Lunar magic as their first magic type. Dicers can learn Lunar magic as a secondary type.

Game Mechanics

Creating a character needs a special item known as a MYO (Make Your Own). The rarity will determinewhat traits you put together to make your character.
Prompts are where you use your characters. You can do art or writing for the prompts. Once you submit you are eligible for rewards.
Events happen periodically but are currently on hiatus. Events can be seasonal or celebrations/ other special occasions

Crithit is on a mild hiatus... life has been getting in the way and we have not given ourselves time to work on it. You can freely make a character and hoin the site but updates wont be as frequently. We do check for submissions in thr queues.
